Our sandwiches are east coast inspired with northwest influences. We utilize the best Seattle has to offer in the construction of our sandwiches and it shows in the loyal following we have created.
Our coffee bar has created quite a buzz in the local community. The beans are organic and ethically sourced from South American growers by Dillanos Coffee Roasters; a family owned and award winning coffee roaster located in Sumner Washington. Dillanos is known for their dedication to taste, quality and commitment to the community.

Joseph Arya is local Seattle resident, a chef by trade trained in the Midwest with a extensive background in grocery. He has a love for serving his local community through his food and beverages!
